Helping clients make informed decisions early in the process is top priority. During pre-construction we provide free budget pricing and plan reviews. When its time to build- our pricing is competitive, our numbers are transparent, and our guidance is practical. We offer both design-build and traditional design-bid-build delivery, tailoring our approach to best support the client and the project’s goals.

After a brief virtual or on-site meeting, we can typically provide pricing for smaller single trade items within 1-3 days. For complete project pricing we may need up to 2-3 weeks.
How quickly can you price a project?
If I have a project I’m considering, but I want to know if it will be within my budget can you help me?
Yes- we do this all the time. We’ll gladly put together an estimate for you and make suggestions on how you can lower your overall cost without sacrificing the vision.
If you provide me budget pricing do I have to use Powell Construction as my contractor?
Certainly not! We understand the bottom line is crucial in making any project a success. We are very competitive, and have no problems participating in a bid process. Unfortunately we probably wont be the lowest bidder every time, but we value the relationships and connections made.
